Easter Recap

I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Easter weekend. Just wanted to share these delish chocolate croissants my sister made for our Easter brunch. On the menu: Huevos Rancheros eggs, mimosas, French toast, guacamole, funfetti cookies, and these delectable croissants.  Other ways to jazz up this basic recipie: use Nutella and chocolate, add coconut shavings, drizzle warm croissants with chocolate.  Enjoy!

Basic recipe:
Pillsbury Croissant rolls
Butter
Chocolate - she used milk chocolate
Egg yolk -for egg wash

Remove the croissant rolls from packaging and unroll dough, butter the croissant, add chocolate to the bottom half of the criossant, roll into croissant, brush with egg wash, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375.
