white pizza

Thank you Rachel Ray for the inspiration and recipe on this one.  A yummy antipasto white pizza, deelish!

Ingredients:
Pizza dough- we got ours from Whole Foods for $2
Cheese
Garlic
Shallots
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
Any type of antipasto you like- we added cherry tomatoes, arugula (dressed with lime juice, black pepper, and a drizzle of EVOO), pepperoni and salami

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425 F
2. Press your dough into a baking sheet
3. Heat some EVOO in a pan and grate 2-3 cloves of garlic into it
4. Spread the garlic and EVOO mixture on your pizza dough, add chopped shallots, top with crush red pepper flakes and cheese.  

5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
6. Once baked, top the pizza with your antipasto favorites
