Chilly Rustic Fall Wedding

We are headed to an apple orchard this weekend, and I couldn't help but think that it would make the perfect setting for an autumn wedding.  And then I stumbled upon this gorgeous wedding in 100 Layer Cake.  It has all the beautiful elements for any autumn wedding.  The draped linen, the gold accents, the lovely wild flowers, gilded mirrors, and rustic tables.  I love the contrast of the natural textures, mostly wood, against a neutral and blush color palette.  It's the perfect backdrop for a cozy and glamorous reception!

Vintage & Rustic Rehearsal Dinner

So the BIL (brother-in-law) and soon to be sister-in-law are hosting a welcome dinner this Friday before their wedding ceremonies.  Their welcome dinner is being hosted by extended family, and they have a beautiful outdoor space, which is perfect for the couple's rustic and vintage theme.  Imagine hay bales as seating around a bonfire, old whiskey barrels as high boys or the base for a smores bar, and drinks stations with mason jars for friends and family to toast the happy couple.  With any vintage and rustic theme natural elements play a big role.  Raw wood (barrels, and directional signage); jute, burlap, and twine (as table runners, or wrapped around tins or mason jars); cotton balls (as decor); vintage glass bottles (as decor or centerpieces).  Classic treats like spiked lemonade, iced tea, smore, and pies add the vintage element, and we love the idea of relabeling beer bottles your own brand of moonshine.  Create an interactive drink station using the beer bottles as a ring toss, where guests get a chance to wine a prize (or a drink) if they get a ring around a bottle.  This is a great alternative to corn holes, and adds the element of old school traveling carnivals.  Finally, add modern conveniences like an outdoor station with cool towels, shawls, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent for guests to stay comfortable.

Glamorous Beverly Hills Wedding

Love this stunning and timeless Beverly Hills wedding.  There's so much glamour and elegance and these lovely photos really capture the adorable couple.  Loving the gorgeous bridesmaids dresses, the sparkly Louboutins, lush florals, the beautiful stationary, and the venue.  The couple had a classic outdoor wedding ceremony and a stunning reception with plenty of roses and flickering candlelight, creating the perfect ambiance.

Stork Express - A Baby Shower

I'm so smitten with this adorable and beautifully organized airline themed baby shower.  With plenty of whimsical "friendly skies" details to obsess over.  Featuring a lovely neutral color palate with pops of blue and red.  Love the gift table, aka the luggage drop off, the ticketing check-in that doubled as the advice for mommy-to-be, mini suitcases as favors to be picked up as guests depart the party at the 'baggage claim', the  in-flight cuisine consisted of 'nuts', complimentary beverages, and boxed lunches, and so many more lovely details.

Little Lamb Birthday

Love this darling little lamb birthday party.  Designed around the birthday girl's favorite toy, this lush neutral color palette included white, cream, carmel and chocolate brown with different textures including fleece, yarn, wool, and burlap to tie it all together.  The beautiful dessert spread included: custom puffy sheep sugar cookies, fluffy white cotton candy, cinnamon pinwheel cookies, white cheddar popcorn cones, caramel apples, powdered sugar and cinnamon donut holes and caramel apple cake shooters!  Our favorite details include the lamb poster, the yarn pom garland, the incorporation of wool (wool balls and wool wrapped letters) and the very grown up color palette.

Glamorous In the Woods Holiday Party

There are so many details that I love about this festive holiday party.  Starting with the entirely neutral color pallet and rustic elements.  The airy dove birds and feather, give a whimsical feel to this party, while subtle hints of glitter, sparkle, and gold tie everything together.  And I'm in love with the theme for the evening 'Shine, Wine, & Dine.  It's a Holiday Party'.

Stunning Aussie Wedding

I am in love with this stunning Persian wedding with beautiful decor and these lovely shots showing off the happy couple.  With an adorable proposal story that involved an elephant to the traditional Persian ceremony and opulent reception, there are so many wonderful details in this gorgeous wedding.
